How long does it take to receive my prescription eyewear?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. This timeframe allows our optical lab to precision-cut your lenses and perform a rigorous quality check before they are sent to your door.
What is your return policy for prescription glasses?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or vision, you can return your frames for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and lenses?
Yes, all JINS eyewear comes with a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please note this does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Can I use my vision insurance to purchase glasses?
While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we can provide an itemized receipt that you can submit to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement. We also accept FSA and HSA cards at checkout.
How do I find my frame size?
Frame measurements are typically printed on the inside of the temple arm. You can also use our Virtual Try-On tool or refer to our online size guide to compare measurements with your current favorite pair.
What lens coatings are included with my purchase?
Every pair of JINS glasses comes standard with high-quality lenses that include anti-reflective (AR) coating, scratch-resistant coating, and 99% UV protection at no additional cost.
