At JINS Eyewear, we want you to love your new frames; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure items are in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original case.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 7-10 business days.
